About Park Avenue

Park Avenue is a family-owned business that has grown from a small hardware store to two full service facilities with a network of supply yards, offices, and stores. Our Brooklyn-based business has served the tri-state area for nearly twenty years, since 1987. Park Avenue's new development on Atlantic Avenue —132,000 sq. ft. of warehouse, parking, retail, and office facilities-represents a major expansion of our business.

Park Avenue supplies building materials to many major contractors in New York and New Jersey , as well as to local homeowners and construction firms. We've provided goods and services to projects at J.F.K. Airport , Brooklyn Federal Courthouse, Battery Park City, the NYC School Construction Authority, the NYC Housing Authority, Jacobi Hospital, Queens Medical Center, AOL Time Warner, and others. Most recently, Park Avenue has won contracts supplying Seven World Trade Centers and Jet Blue Terminal, among others.

Park Avenue is recognized by the City and State of New York as a Minority/Woman Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) and is available to help fulfill purchasing requirements where city and state procurement laws apply, or where companies strive to add diversity to their vendor list.

Park Avenue is a sponsor of many community events and organizations. We're also proud to be a source of economic development and renewal in our Brooklyn neighborhoods. Our new complex on Atlantic Avenue reflects our continuing support, and Park Avenue has already made a commitment to local organizations like Teachers Preparatory School , the 79th Precinct, and the local Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.
