President and Sales Manager
Ray Rivera is the face of Park Avenue. He's been there from the beginning, making sure every customer who comes through Park Avenue's door leaves satisfied. Ray never forgets a customer, and once you've worked with Ray you won't forget him. He's in constant motion, visiting customers and their job sites, and making sure things are going smoothly. After years in exterior contracting, Ray knows materials and construction inside out, and is an expert in large scale building projects including
roofing and masonry. |

Bob Groeninger
Chief Executive Officer
Bob Groeninger is behind the scenes, making sure Park Avenue's sales and marketing efforts are working. Bob has spent his career in the top tier of sales and marketing for a number of large corporations, including Weyerhaeuser and the Strober Organization. He coordinates Park Avenue's efforts with vendors, staff, and customers, to make sure Park Avenue carries and promotes all the professional products customers need. Bob is also available to help professional customers with his specialty: flooring, lumber, and plywood. |

Nate Pearson
Special Products Manager
Nate is Park Avenue's resident problem solver. After 18 years in the business, Nate has worked with everything from plumbing and electrical to paint and building supplies. I help people solve household problems and contracting problems. That's what I like to do. He's available at any time to help customers with their problems and do-it-yourself projects and is the "go-to-guy" for products from Sika, Laticrete, Ardex and Henry Adhesives. |

Angel Medina
Vice President Purchasing and Sales
Angel is in charge of purchasing products as well as vendor relations. He handles Park Avenue's major accounts, and that includes all the challenges that go with it; if you need a hundred truckloads of materials delivered three floors up, Angel will get it there. He's an expert in drywall, metal, and tools. With many years of experience across the board, Angel can help customers with everything from commodities to specialty products to hardware. |

Carmen Peña
Manager, 2120 Atlantic Avenue Store
Nothing comes through Park Avenue's door without Carmen knowing about it. She's in charge of receiving, though she likes to help out with customer service, phone orders, and buying. Carmen enjoys growing with Park Avenue. Her years in charge of receiving mean she knows volumes about Park Avenue's products particularly hardware. |

Jim runs the Window & Door department at Park Avenue. For the past 25 years Jim has sold, specified, and designed fenestration packages for homeowners, contractors, and developers. Account Manager, Steel Department
Jackie has been at Park Avenue Building & Roofing Supplies for five years. Over this time, Jackie has become not just an expert in steel products, but a perfectionist at her job running Park Avenue's steel department. All quotes, purchases, orders and deliveries are done through Jackie. She can answer any question related to structural steel, light guage framing, floor and roof metal decking and more. Her goal is to provide Park Avenue's customers with the best quality service and prices, and offer the expertise required to help them choose just the right product.
